Great place but some staff need re-training
Location
Concierge service is poor. Despite having airport transfer as part of the deal, the concierge told me on the phone prior arriving that I had to pay… not just this time but in November 23 too. Only after checking up, despite looking at the booking prior discussion, that he called back later to say that it was free. Even after booking transfer to airport on leaving directly at the concierge desk prior breakfast, with a time allotted, not only was the concierge missing from the desk but when one eventodid turn up, he didn’t seem to know anything about the transfer! Finally thanks to the receptionist transfer was rebooked and lost more than 20 minutes as a result. Snacks in lounge aren’t brilliant. On the first day we were told by the staff who mostly seem to lack training, that cocktails were not served but only beer and spirits, but next day at least Sahil seemed to be efficient and prepared a couple of cocktails. On booking. Com website it mentioned cocktail hours. Also on same website it mentioned it was 6 pm to 8 pm. Whereas past over 6 months or more it was cut short to 6.30-8 pm. This should be amended. Swimming pool area tables need clearing more frequently.
